About me

Howdy, I’m Chris Ingate and I'm here to help you:

Create a personalised 'Wellness Blueprint' so you can THRIVE with CLARITY.

After a decade in sales and tech achieving success, learning from the best, hitting sales targets consistently and earning rapid promotions. I realised something was missing and that my passion lies in mental health and living my purpose of "spreading positivity."

I left the corporate world behind and co-founded OneAnother.io, a tech company dedicated to spreading positivity through acts of kindness.

I’ve always been driven by curiosity and the desire to grow- whether that’s from reading over 150 self-help books or leaving Sydney to live abroad in Austin, Texas.

For me, I’ve learned that real success is living your purpose in the present moment, with time flexibility and peace of mind to sleep well at night.

Now, I’m on a mission to help you find your purpose / Ikigai- the secrets to a long and happy life.

Let’s start your journey together.

My travel learnings:

"Travel has no downsides—you either fall in love with a new place or come back with a renewed appreciation for home."

1. Egypt: At 12, I first glimpsed the realities of a developing nation, seeing daily resilience and challenges sourcing food & water.

2. South Africa: The elephant became my spirit animal—symbolising family loyalty and deep connection, values I hold close.

3. Cuba: The happiest kids I’ve seen were those with little by Western standards, redefining what it means to have “enough.”

4. Austin, Texas: Here, I felt the true power of community and kindness—how even small gestures, like being kind to strangers uplift our collective wellbeing.

5. Fiji: Island life with sand and palm trees being my happy place.
